Parcelo is the primary server technology which powers Accrescent, a novel Android app store focused on security, privacy, and usability. It includes the developer console server and the console web frontend through which developers upload and manage their apps published to Accrescent. Parcelo currently features:

- User registration allowlisting
- New app submissions, app updates, and description edits
- Conditional manual reviews for app updates
- Remote repository publishing
