This specification invites everyone to include a structured AI-DECLARATION.md file in their repositories to make AI usage crystal clear and, more importantly, to make it a widespread convention to do so. When you declare what parts were generated, skeptics can verify those parts, and creators can showcase their skills with both code and planning.
