A Rust-based compiler for the TECH systems programming language with a full pipeline: lexer, parser, type checker, TECH IR, optimizer, and x86-64 code generation. Supports generics, traits, compile-time evaluation (@comptime), arrays, loops, modules, and auto-vectorized SIMD. Includes a Python driver, incremental build cache, REPL, and a self-extracting .tech format with LZSS compression.
