Apache-2.0, local-first desktop app (macOS/Windows/Ubuntu) where each chat is a real AI agent running on the user's own claude/codex/grok CLIs. A local harness server owns agent processes; transcripts and keys stay on disk. Agents can use an isolated local VM, a cloud Linux desktop, or opt-in host control.
