RSI MetaForge Core is an Apache-2.0-licensed, standard-library-only Python runtime for studying whether programs can propose, test, and retain measurable improvements under fixed evaluation conditions. The public repository includes 286 executable tests, quick and full-evidence GitHub Actions workflows, sealed held-out evaluations, deterministic replay checks, failure and rollback records, pre-registered predictions, and committed result documents across stack-VM, file-processing, formal-reasoning, and self-generated-task substrates. It is a bounded experimental research instrument, not a claim of general intelligence or a production code-evolution service. Funding supports maintenance, reproducible releases, faster CI, independent reproduction tooling, documentation, and broader externally designed evaluation tasks.
