Mumzel Code

Mumzel encodes 32-bit words in 36 bits, half of which are ones, with at most 11-bit-long runs. Its code rate (8/9) is greater than that of 8b/10b (4/5), and unlike 64b/66b is guaranteed to be a balanced code.
