Python client library for Argus IPC: load_env() resolves bucket credentials from the local Argus daemon with grant approval, optional .env fallback when Argus is locked, and proxy placeholder support for HTTP clients. Published on PyPI as useargus (v0.2).
Needs: parity with upcoming argus run mode, stricter error surfaces for grant denial, and documentation for proxy-enabled mappings across requests/httpx/LangChain patterns already documented in the main repo.
