Falsify OÜ

Falsify OÜ maintains PRML (Pre-Registered ML Manifest), an open standard that locks the success criteria of an AI evaluation to a SHA-256 hash with independent timestamps before the evaluation runs, so that an evaluation claim can be verified by a third party afterwards. The specification is CC BY 4.0 and archived with a DOI; four byte-equivalent reference implementations (Python, JavaScript, Go, Rust) are MIT-licensed and checked against a shared conformance suite in CI on every push. A public registry issues Ed25519-signed receipts, countersigned by an RFC 3161 timestamp authority and mirrored to the Rekor transparency log, so verification never depends on us remaining online.
