Fabio Rovai

Ontology engineer and open-source maintainer working on machine-checkable semantics for public data. Author and maintainer of Open Ontologies, a Rust MCP server and desktop Studio for building, validating and governing RDF/OWL ontologies, together with a family of public register-integrity ontologies and audit datasets covering securities, banking, education, media, insurance, scholarly, space, biosurveillance and national company registers. The work is published openly on GitHub under permissive licences, with findings reported upstream to the standards bodies and registry operators concerned. Consultancy work is carried out through The Tesseract Academy (Kampakis and Co Ltd, UK), but the software listed here is maintained personally and released free of charge.
