One day I decided to start tracking my UPI expenses, and I couldn't find an app I trusted with my financial data. Then I thought: we all already get an SMS from the bank for every transaction, so why not track those, on the phone itself? That's how PennyWise was born. It has since grown to cover many Indian and overseas banks, and I maintain it along with community contributors.
