Perseus Computing LLC is a US-owned small business (a Wyoming LLC) building open-source, local-first memory infrastructure for AI agents. Our flagship project, Perseus Vault, is an MIT-licensed, single-binary MCP memory server developed entirely in the open. Grant funding sustains ongoing maintenance, security hardening, external cryptographic review, supply-chain attestation, and new capabilities that keep the project free and self-hostable for everyone.
