ITalk d.o.o. is a small software company in Zagreb, Croatia (OIB 54872935051, EUID HRSR.081042440). It builds and maintains MPT (Mint Pay Transfer), an open-source orchestrator that lets merchants accept SEPA bank payments into their own Monerium EURe accounts. The development team is one person, Matija Stepanić, who is the director and sole engineer. ITalk is a non-custodial software provider: it never receives or holds customer money, and the regulated functions are performed by Monerium (EMI, MiCA EMT issuer).
