Extend coverage to the places that have no lookup at all
Eleven Illinois counties remain unserved, each with a recorded reason for why. Beyond them, most US states have no free, complete district lookup that reaches local offices. This plan funds new county and state coverage, including the counties whose boundaries exist only as a scanned map, behind a paid GIS licence, or in a clerk's filing cabinet. |
