The idea behind city meetups is to go to cities where there are existing Avni implementations and hold meetings where we invite NGOs who will benefit from the digitisation of their data. The hope is to increase the number of organisations that adopt digitisation through Avni. The funding covers personnel time (2-3 people from Samanvay), travel, food and accommodation and space for five city meetups

NGO visits are necessary to understand their challenges and needs from close quarters and will help us build technology solutions which address their concerns. This will cover 5 NGO visits at one team-member per visit.

AI can be used to improve productivity of software team that delivers projects on Avni platform. This will reduce cost of project implementation and make avni further affordable for NGOs who have lower budgets. This will cover costs for one engineer for one year.

Improved self-serviceability of Avni will allow organisations to use their own people to develop application using Avni app designer. This will cover costs for one engineer for one year and one UX designer for 6 months.
