Legal review covering GDPR/DSGVO compliance, privacy policy, terms of service, AGPL licensing strategy, PII pseudonymization vs. anonymization legal assessment, and open-core/public-private boundary analysis.

Small-scale performance marketing tests with clear KPIs: landing page traffic, waitlist campaigns, demo video distribution, community engagement. Focus on validating cost-per-acquisition before scaling.

Buffer for unexpected needs: additional security re-reviews, app store issues, code signing, additional legal questions, bug bounty program, and post-release stabilization phase.
