First tranche: USD 25,000 to establish and publish the initial open-source software baseline. Planned work includes repository setup, core navigation-software modules, reproducible development and testing instructions, technical documentation, and an initial public release under a clearly documented open-source license. Deliverables and spending will be documented publicly as appropriate.

Second tranche: an additional USD 25,000, intended to follow completion and review of the first-tranche deliverables. Planned work includes software integration notes, expanded automated and simulation tests, hardware-integration documentation, validation reports, bug fixes, and community-facing documentation. This brings the proposed total project support to USD 50,000 across two milestone-based tranches; the second tranche is conditional on progress and funding approval.
