For a tool asking to be trusted with confidential meetings, that first-run warning does real damage. Built in India, the project still cannot claim Indian-language support: Whisper is weak on Indic speech and code-mixing, and nobody has measured how weak. Open-weight Indic models exist and the app already supports bringing your own, so this is measurement, not architecture.
