A free, open-source, patient co-owned health record. Patients own their health passport (history, medications, allergies, vaccinations, records and files) and grant healthcare professionals time-limited, consent-based access through pairing codes. Built with Row Level Security, data export and full account deletion, and an interface in 26 languages. Research prototype aiming for recognition as a Digital Public Good.
