The OCL Terminology Server exposes data standards and health terminologies to a health information exchange. It is a foundational component that enables data interoperability. It provides operations to manage and use terminology, and is FHIR R4B compatible. The OCL Terminology Server is open-source and free to use, and it is also available in OCL Online pre-loaded with important terminologies for resource constrained environments.
