OCL TermBrowser v3 (TB3) is a web-based application that allows users to browse, search, and manage healthcare terminologies. TB3 is the web client for the OCL Terminology Server. TB3 helps users to manage and deploy health terminologies in their projects. TB3 is open-source and free to use. TB3 is also available in OCL Online pre-loaded with important terminologies for resource constrained environments.
