MediaShelf is a self-hosted index and router for the streaming services you already pay for. It reads TMDB availability, your own music and video accounts (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Trakt), and the watchlists you copy out of the streaming apps, then shows one shelf across all of them and deep-links to the service that has the title.

The part that funding is for is portability. Streaming services hold your watchlist and your viewing history, and there is no API to get either out. MediaShelf ships a companion browser extension that reads your own "My List" pages in your own browser and posts them to your own server, which is the only lawful route available. Keeping that working means tracking ten services' markup, and doing it again each time one of them changes.

It runs on a Raspberry Pi, a NAS, or a laptop, in Docker or from source. There is no hosted version and no paid tier. About 185 tests, multi-arch images, AGPL-3.0-or-later.
