Ivan Novikov is the founder and full-time lead maintainer of Xerj, based in Austin, Texas, USA. Xerj is self-funded: there is no company, foundation or outside investor behind the open-source project today, and no legal entity exists yet. Ivan reviews and merges community pull requests, cuts releases and sets the public roadmap (ROADMAP.md).
