Pays for one year of the lead maintainer's time on maintenance work that no other grant funds: reviewing and merging community pull requests (74 open on October 16, 2026), triaging issues and field reports (e.g. #1504), release engineering for the v1.0.0 release-candidate train, documentation, and user-facing defects outside the v1.0 security and engine-resilience gates (e.g. #1267, #1573, #1580, #1586). Security hardening, replication and ML-model work are funded separately and excluded.
